Health and Wellness 101 (Kansas State University)

The course content will focus on small, realistic changes a person can make to improve their health, physical fitness and overall wellbeing. The course is offered in six, one-hour modules delivered over a six-week period. Participants can log in at any time and complete the course on their own schedule.
